Flsd component 2 this fdny accredited course is designed to fulfill training requirements for the flsd c of f under 3 rcny 113 02 of 2016 of the nyc fire code and is the second component component 2 of two required fdny accredited courses needed to obtain the fsld f 89 c of f. All fls director candidates must complete the 31 hour fls director training course before taking the two fire and non fire fdny computer based exams. If you qualify you then have to take a fire safety director course by a fdny accredited school and pass their exam.

This comprehensive course encompasses 31 hours of instruction including fire emergencies 20 hours non fire eap emergencies 7 hours as well as active shooter and medical emergency preparedness training 4 hours.
